Level 25, Pokedex 99. It was a good way to motivate myself to get outdoors and walk daily this summer. At this level, getting to the next requires too much XP to hold my interest. Also, it seems like the rest of the Pokemon to be caught don’t live in my area!
I do enjoy taking over gyms, so I keep collecting commons like Pidgey to accumulate stardust for powering up my fighters. To take and hold a gym around here they need 2000+ Combat Points.

While playing the game on my lunchbreak, I was walking around Oregon State’s campus and discovered that the 4-H Tree here is a Pokemon Go Stop. I took a picture and tweeted it on our Outreach and Engagement twitter account.
I’ve thought about running around and finding any Extension related spots on campus and possibly posting a sign talking about Extension or a fun fact about Land-Grant Institutions to teach our student body. A scavenger hunt for students would be fun too.
I hope to hear about other awesome ideas.
